In short

  • Multi-tenant public-facing websites for NHS GP practices.
  • Accessibility, performance and security treated as features, not afterthoughts.
  • Both writing the code and running the process as Scrum Master.

The brief

NHS GP practices need a public website their patients can rely on — to find contact details, check opening hours, register, and access the online services the practice offers. When the same underlying platform serves dozens of practices, any regression or accessibility failure is multiplied across every one of them.

Kry / Livi set the bar high: the platform had to be accessible, fast for patients on slow connections and older devices, and secure enough to carry NHS primary-care traffic without a second thought.

Approach

Multi-tenant platform design — one codebase, per-practice content and branding.

Performance budgets enforced in CI — regressions on Core Web Vitals blocked merges.

Accessibility audits (automated + manual) on every iteration, not just at release.

Running the team's Scrum ceremonies — standups, planning, retros — so delivery rhythm kept up with quality expectations.
